I recently purchased a ‘hand-painted’ gift from you, and I feel quite disappointed with how it was presented on your Instagram. In your reels, it appears as though the entire artwork is being painted by hand, with detailed brushwork shown on elements like leaves and decorative backgrounds. However, none of the content clearly shows the actual painting of the main portrait. Because of this, I assumed the whole piece would be genuinely handpainted. Instead, it seems like the main image may be digitally created with only some paint added around it. While you mention that it is ‘digitally hand-drawn,’ the way it is advertised creates a misleading impression of a fully hand-painted artwork, which is not what I received.
