All products we offer at RANGRELI are made with utmost care and precision. Each and every product is handmade and undergoes a check before shipping. We take the utmost care in designing and packaging the products so that they are not affected by transit damages.
Since some of the products are made with paper and /or wood they are susceptible to damage by water. Please take care while wiping the products.
In case of returns, please write to us at rangreliart@gmail.com stating your order ID and reason for return within 3 days of receipt of the product.
Courier charges will NOT be taken care of by RANGRELI and you would have to send the product back to us with the original packing. Do send across the product to the address specified in the email communication received by you. The refund would be processed once the products are received at our end within 5-7 working days.
(a.) There are “No Returns” & “No exchange” on these products unless you receive the wrong product.
