What is the time period for receiving a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt of returned products in its original packaging. The refund period is inclusive of the time that is taken for completing the refunds process by Rangreli.com but excludes any delays that may arise through the bank or card issuers, or the total shipment time with regard to cheque refunds.
How will I obtain a refund?
All refunds (excluding cash payments) will be carried out through the same method of transaction used while purchasing the products. For instance, if you use a credit card to place the order, the purchase amount will be refunded to your credit card. Refunds for payments made through cash will be carried out either by an Account Payee Cheque in the name of the customer (stated as “billing name” at the time of purchase), or an online bank transfer through NEFT to the bank account of the customer.
I have still not received any refund to my banking account. Why?
For orders placed through prepaid methods, the amount will be credited to your card or bank account. All refunds get processed and a transaction number is allotted after which the amount will be credited to your bank account within a period of 7 business days. What is the procedure of applying a discount coupon on the order?
After clicking on “View your Cart”, you will be redirected to the “Proceed to Checkout” page. Above that particular option, there will be a tab called “Do you have a coupon?” You can key in the discount or coupon code in that tab and avail the offered discount.
My coupon code is not functioning. What shall I do?

Is it safe enough to use credit cards on your website?
We make sure that every transaction through a credit card is carried out in a safe and secure environment. We never retain credit card information post order completion. Rather, the information is directly submitted to the banks. You can rest assured that your credit card or bank account details will be secured. We use payment gateways like Paytm, Paypal, and Razorpay for transactions that are fully secured
I received a damaged product. What do I do?
Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at email@example.com with images of the damaged product within 3 days of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced or refund your money whichever is preferred.
The amount will be refunded and it can reflect in your account in 7-10 business days from the refund processed date in case of refund.
What do I do if I don’t like the product I received?
We do hope you don’t have to check this section too often, but we really love you a lot! So, drop us a mail and you could just ship the product back to us at the address which will be given in the mail. But please note that the products purchased can be returned (unopened/unused without damage and with all the tags intact) within 15 days of receiving the order and please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit along with all the tags. And we could provide you with coupon code, so you could shop with us again & again & again, we just do not want to let you go.
You can choose a refund also. The refund will be processed in 5 working days and it can reflect in your account in 7-10 business days from the refund processed date.
Please make sure that the returned product is packed well to avoid any damages in transit. The product should be returned in its original state for the refund/code to be processed. The refund / Code would be processed once we have received the package in its original condition.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
No return/refund/exchange is possible for customized products unless it is damaged.
How can I cancel my order?

When can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled only if it has not been shipped from our warehouse. No cancellation applicable for customized products once the order is placed.
Can I cancel my order once the product has been shipped?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery.
Once shipped, we will not consider cancellation requests.
If a cancellation request comes up before the product leaves our order-processing center, we will try to hold the shipment but there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be honored.
What about cancellation charges?
For both pre-paid orders or COD orders, there will be no cancellation charges or processing fees for the customer upon order cancellation.
For COD orders, we request you to not cancel an order at the time of delivery. Multiple cases of order rejection at the time of delivery are discouraged and may possibly result in the non-serviceability of future COD orders from you.
When do I get my refund for the canceled order?
If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 7- 12 working days. Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
