However, in case there are damages that you discover while unpacking the product you have received, please drop us an email or whatsapp with images in 48 hours from receipt of the product. Once verified, we will send you a replacement product or suggest a suitable solution.

The product was well designed but the metal frame had snapped. Moreover, the fact that it was just a shade should have been more boldy advertised and mentioned.
